We charge a percentage of upsell value only.
Example: $15 burger + $3 fries added via an upsell prompt. If our fee is 20% of upsell value, you pay $0.60.
FAQ
What counts as an upsell?
Add-ons that the customer adds because the kiosk suggested it (sides, drinks, dessert, premium upgrades). The base order is not charged a fee.
What if the internet goes down?
Offline-first: the kiosk stores orders locally and syncs when connectivity returns.
Can I control or turn off upsells?
Yes. Upsell rules and toggles live in the admin portal.
Is this only for small restaurants?
No. We can support single-location operators and multi-location groups. The system is built with fleet monitoring and multi-tenant concepts.
